- Our goal is to get your order shipped the very next business day, if not the same day!
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
- Please remember that once your package leaves our store, we are no longer in control of shipping delays, lost packages, etc. You will have to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) in which your package is being shipped with.
- The option of shipping insurance is available to you for 99 cents at checkout - we highly recommend this if it is a busy time of year such as the holidays and/or your order is over $100. We are NOT responsible for lost packages/refunds in the event that the mail carrier loses or damages your package.
- Because we always offer discounted shipping (and FREE shipping over $75!) you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns.
